VueloTranquilo offers wellbeing companionship and preparation for people afraid of flying. It is not a medical or psychological service: we do not offer treatment, therapy or diagnosis, and it does not replace care from a health professional.

The Basic (€4.99) and Complete (€29) plans are one-time payments. There is no subscription, monthly fee or auto-renewal: we will not charge you again without your say-so.

Each purchase grants access to your plan's features for 12 months from the payment date. After that period, your account and data remain available and the free features stay active; to use the paid features again you can renew whenever you like.

The Basic and Complete plans include unlimited chat with the Captain during the 12 months of access, subject to reasonable, personal use. "Reasonable use" means the normal use of a person preparing for their flights.

To protect the service from abuse, we may apply technical rate limits and suspend access in cases of automated use, resale of the service, or a manifestly disproportionate volume unrelated to personal flight preparation. Before limiting an account for this reason we will notify you whenever possible.

The Complete plan includes 3 live flight briefings (with weather and aircraft data for your specific flight). If you need more, you can add extra briefings for €2.99 each.

Flight, weather and aircraft data come from third-party sources and are provided for wellbeing and preparation, not for aeronautical operations or critical decisions.

If you purchased before these terms took effect, you keep the terms in force at the time of your purchase. The new access limits (12 months and the live-briefing allowance) apply only to purchases made on or after that date.

Data about your fears and anxiety levels are a special category (GDPR Art. 9) and we only process them with your explicit, separate consent, for the sole purpose of preparing your companionship. You can withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time.

We do not sell your data. The processing details and your rights are described in the privacy policy.
